Prices

Distributor price is for shipment to distributor's warehouse or distribution center only, and is F.O.B. Origin. Title to the products shall pass upon delivery to the freight carrier at point of origin.

Orders

Conditions of acceptance. All orders placed with us are accepted on the basis of prices prevailing at the time of the order. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by an officer of the Company, this sheet will constitute our entire terms and obligations upon acceptance of any order, regardless of the terms, stipulations, etc. in any request for quotation, or as may appear in any order form now or later submitted by the buyer. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company in Logan.

Returned Goods

No goods are to be returned to Industrial Tool and Supply without a prior authorization number specifying items and quantities. Freight costs and a 15% charge to cover handling, reconditioning, and packaging costs will be deducted from the credit.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Industrial Tool and Supply's general policy is to stand behind all products sold by the Company. Specific warranties are offered on select Industrial Tool and Supply tools.
